You’ve a demonstrated ability to develop and communicate a clearly defined brand and love to advocate for the brands you work with.

Killer Content Creator

You are adept in creating and adapting content across all social networks, targeting content for specific audiences. You’re also usually the one to try new and creative things online.

Event Lover

You’re already crazy about events! If there’s something going on- whether it’s a concert, festival or benefit- you’re bound to be there.

Social Data Nerd

You care about data: showing what happens in the real world as a result of your online actions.

Up-to-the-Minute News Junkie

You are already dialed in. You make it your personal business to know what people are saying, what’s changing on social networks and in the industry. You can identify new opportunities because your finger is on the pulse.

Sales Supporter

You can create and share content in a way that will expand reach, boost website traffic, generate leads, and inspire people to act. When you see a potential customer, you engage… without being obnoxious.

The One Who Takes Initiative

You’re motivated, feel accountable and consider yourself a self-starter.

 

Job: Social Media Assistant
Part-Time, approx 10 hours/week
$15/hour

Other details of your position:

  • Some on site work/ travel as well as working some evenings and weekends
  • Opportunity to work remotely
  • You’ll get tickets to cool events!
  • Ongoing training, and occasional attendance to development seminars/conferences.

 

Skills & Qualifications:
Experience managing social media profiles for clients: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn
Experience with live broadcasting a plus
Understanding of SEO
Graphic design
Professional communication skills

 

MAJOR + FOR: Creativity, curiosity, mild-moderate OCD, and a sense of humour.
